With Sessions being such a new app, we understand you might have questions about what’s next. We’re passionate about making Sessions an indispensable creative tool for the studio and stage and are working hard every day to make this a reality for more and more musicians.
The roadmap below gives a sneak peek at what we’re currently working on and where we see Sessions going in the future. One of the most popular requests has been for an iPad version of Sessions. Development is well under way and we’ll share more details soon.

You’ll be able to use your favourite Audio Unit MIDI Plug-ins in Sessions.
Always-on Recorder + MIDI
We know how much you love the Always-on Recorder. It’ll be even better with support for MIDI recording.

Sessions as DAW Plug-in
Wouldn’t it be great to use the sounds and plug-in chains you’ve created in Sessions in your DAW without having to recreate them?
External MIDI synths and sound modules
Send MIDI data to external MIDI synths and sound modules and bring the audio back into Sessions.
Improved interoperability
Play nice with others by building in support for OSC and MIDI 2.0.
